Registration is now FULL. Walk-ins will not be accepted this year due to the pandemic. Thank you for your understanding!

VBS is free for everyone. All children from age 4 through 5th grade are welcome to register for VBS. 

You will be able to request a family/leader during registration. If you have family/friends that you would prefer your children spend the week with make sure to notate this on the registration form. We will do our very best to accommodate all requests.

We are collecting monetary donations and items for two missions this year! Please see our Missions page to learn more. 

All donations can be brought to VBS during drop off or pick up.

We here at Bethany are so excited to experience the Power of Christ with your children, especially after the uncertainty we’ve all experienced over the past year. Keeping in line with our process for ministries, our COVID procedures are guided by the CDC. After much deliberation and thoughtful prayer we have drafted the following VBS protocols:

The CDC recommends that those not fully vaccinated wear a mask indoors.  We  believe every decision is unique and personal, made through prayerful consideration. We ask that you consider the several hundred other children and volunteers that you and your child will encounter that week when making your decisions. Whether you and your family are fully vaccinated or not, we urge you consider wearing a mask when indoors for the safety of the young children who have not received the vaccine. Due to the large number of attendees we urge you to discuss as a family and pray for everyone as they make these decisions for not only themselves but for everyone’s family that will be present.

** Please stay home if you have had an elevated temperature in the last 48 hours, are feeling unwell, or have been exposed to someone with known or suspected COVID-19.

We will have sanitizer and hand washing available abundantly throughout the week. If we do have days where the weather restricts us indoors, social distancing will be tricky; but as a team we will do our very best to keep everyone safe and happy. Our leadership team has discussed every possible scenario and are well prepared for whatever changes may come our way.

We do not plan to change these again since we are so close to VBS week, but if there are changes you can be sure to find them on our website and an updated email if necessary.

Volunteers are needed for the entire week of June 21-25th!

If you are already registered, thank you! Training will be held on Sunday, June 13th immediately after the 10:30am service, and Wednesday June 16 at 6:30pm.

It is mandatory you attend at least one training seminar as well as complete a volunteer background check. The clearances are free for all volunteers and can be done entirely online. After you register to volunteer, please follow the links below. You will be contacted via e-mail.

Criminal Background

All volunteers, please park in the lot located behind the building and enter through the rear doors. This entrance should be used by staff and volunteers only.

Parents: On the first day please visit the registration desk to pick up name tags. Drop-off and pick-up will be in the main entrance area. Please walk your children inside and sign them in each morning. Children will only be released at the end of their session to those listed on their registration forms unless you advise us beforehand. If you will have someone not listed picking up your child that day, you must let one of the staff know. Thank you!

When you register your child you will have the ability to notate any allergies. See below for the list of snacks we will be serving. Please let us know if there are any special accommodations we need to be aware of. We plan to be outdoors most times, which means they will be exposed to be pollen/bees/sun. Please apply sunscreen before dropping off your child.

We have a nurse available at all times to assist with any medical situations that may arise. If your child has a special need, allergy or condition you will have the opportunity to speak with their crew leader and make them aware. Each crew leader will carry on them at all times any medical equipment (Epi-Pens) if you provide them. It is very important to note, we do not have Epi-Pens on hand. If your child has an allergy that would require one, please bring it and give it to your child’s crew leader.
